Artist Statement
Sounds connects my hearing and sight, and it also paints my mind colorfully. I want to make viewers feel as if they were listening to music.
My work Based Mozart music, If Mozart composed to link the terrestrial world to the celestial world, then I undertake to propagate it with my painting. If Beethoven composed to surpass philosophy,then I undertake to give them a shape with my paintings. J・S・Bach is the old testament Bible of the classical music.
アーティスト(1980年生まれ/北海道出身/京都拠点) 2003年 Kanebo Make-up Institute, 2000年 Pan Make-up School 卒業クラシック曲をベースに、複数の音楽や自然音を表現するビジュアルアートに取り組んでいる。北海道の自然と共にのびのびと育ち、少年自衛官、メイクアップアーティスト、植物店、料理人などの職を経て作品制作を開始する。2018年にバルセロナ芸術文化センターEsproncedaのオープンコールにより、滞在制作プロジェクトに参加。サンタモニカ美術館、ロシア国立現代アートセンターNCCA、Artist's Point Meghalaya など世界各地のアーティストインレジデンスで制作発表、ライブパフォーマンスを行っている。国内では京都Re:Search in 和束への参加、リーガロイヤルホテル京都でのパフォーマンス、現地の音楽家とコラボレーションした壁画制作などの活動をしている。
